Bryce Canyon

Bryce Canyon National Park - Utah

A forest of stone There is no place like Bryce Canyon. Hoodoos (odd-shaped pillars of rock left standing from the forces of erosion) can be found on every continent, but here is the largest collection of hoodoos in the world! Descriptions fail. Photographs do not do it justice. Bring your sense of wonder and imagination when visiting Bryce Canyon National Park.

The park is open 24 hours per day throughout the year. There may be temporary road closures during and shortly after winter snow storms. Road(s) will stay closed until plowing is completed and conditions are safe for visitor traffic. Road maintenance may require brief closures of individual areas at other times.

4.5 miles south of the intersection of Hwy. 12 & Hwy. 63 OR 1.5 miles inside Bryce Canyon National Park's northern boundary.
